Keluel is a settlement in Hemun, the region of Radi controlled by Vaasith in the Sokkor system. One of many such settlements, Keluel consists mainly of functional buildings -- a law court, a few stores, some forms of public entertainment, and a meeting hall for social and political gatherings. Radiating outward from it are a number of agricultural parcels, with each farmstead family pooling certain resources together (organised by teams and committees in Keluel]] to make the job of managing vast hectares of productive land easier and more efficient.
