These are people who have boarded the Riti to escape Pertaman bombardment of Radi, and in particular the primary city and spaceport of Hemuntaari. Everyone listed below Neyu doesn't make it off planet, as far as Neyu and Pukka know, except Samsithi, who left earlier to join the Vaasith military.
