May provide source for comparative refugee experience; because we have a pre-departure character (Pukka, to be revealed in flashbacks), a departure character Vikrannu, there may be an "arrival" character at Neyu's final destination (or longer-term destinations). That character may be a Tanatha who's earned his/her freedom and is living as a "normal" citizen.
