Tallel is a young man, older than Pukka or Neyu (but not by much]], who works at the Hemuntaari space port before it was bombed by Pertaman. He stows away on the same ship Pukka and Neyu did, and sometimes the three work together to watch each others' backs. He actually welcomes the war -- Pertaman was getting too pushy, and now that they're not hiding hostilities, they can properly get slapped down by the other primary nations.
