Halgon is a smaller player among the great powers of Mannon, but has had one of the most stable governments on the planet -- lasting over eight hundred years with no significant change or revolt. Its extra-system ambitions have always been smaller than its fellow nations, but it tends to be very careful and long-sighted about what it chooses to occupy, and how it chooses to exploit it. Is in sole control of the Tansgit system, a neighbor system to Sokkor.
