Competency

Competency is a distinguising cultural feature of Damamat society. Possibly related to Vaasith's interreliance, competency dosctates that people gravitate toward those that demonstrate acuity and ability, and deal with others fairly. Those with less ability work under those with more, hoping to learn and benefit. Those who lead hope to teach and cultivate those working for them, thereby elevating society as a whole.
