Suthan

Suthan is a middle aged Tanatha man, a contracted laborer who has earned his freedom through legal completion of his contract. Neyu meets him just after arriving in Jutkara, after [Vikrannu]] has shipped her off to what Vikrannu hopes is a place where she can make a new life for herself. Suthan notices Neyu because she seems overwhelmed by the city, and despite himself worries that someone will take advantage of her somehow.
