Chibal is a greater power that arose parallel to the primary four which occupy most of their own continent and associated archipelagoes (Damamat, Halgon, Pertaman, Vaasith]]). It has more in common culturally and geographically with Tanatha, which Chibal brought to its knees a little over six hundred years ago. Many Tanatha prefer to deal with the other four powers and offer themselves up to indentured servitude than continue to be subservient to Chibal.
